What Is ALBA Quincy?ĪLBA Quincy offers a unique dining experience with a rooftop garden flaunting fresh herbs and produce, tended to by Leo Keka himself, and used in many of their locally-sourced prepared dishes. There is a private dining area available, but with certain criteria: The louvered roof can close in case of inclement weather, making al fresco dining available almost any time. In the summer they are using a roof top for dining - something I should experience, too.Burner Card For Reservations Instantly Reserve ALBA Quincy With This Virtual Card Instantly Reserve ALBA Quincy With This Virtual CardĪLBA Quincy, is one of three restaurants in the Alba Restaurant Group, with two others being Zef Cicchetti & Raw Bar and Alba on 53, each with a unique flavor and atmosphere, but all the dreamchild of Albanian immigrant restaurateur - Leo Keka.ĪLBA Quincy is known for an elegant atmosphere and fine dining, with one of the region's most extensive wine lists, as well as the option of a rooftop garden dining experience, regardless of rain, during warmer weather. It seems the server was just starting out and still learning, but was pleasant and did a good job in general. We also had a bottle of prosecco and lemonades. ![]() ![]() We tried soups, regular and lamb burgers and chicken parmesan. "It was our first time there! We loved it! It was perfect - we came at a quiet lunch time and enjoyed the elegant athmosphere and very good food! We will definitely be back. "The food is really good!!! The service was perfect the only thing is they can be more elegant but the space is a little small for a lot table and little bit loud" Didn't try their steak this time around but will deffinetly be back for that." Their portions are worth the price (my chicken was huuuge) and their salmon and calamari was to die for. Our waiter, Alissa, was patient and answered all our questions and recommended an amazing moscato as well as being able to get us last minute dessert even after after the kitchen has closed. Went here to celebrate my sister's birthday and the staff was incredibly flexible from reservations to food allergies to creating an amazing dining ambiance. "This place was so amazing and accommodating. Not served with whip cream, just berries for garnish. It was really for four, it seemed like it may have been a few days old.a little dry. It was over cooked, the waitress did warn that it would be. They could use a selection of salts to help with that. I had the filet, cooked properly, but very bland. I would NEVER come to this establishment again, the food isn’t even top quality and the service is even worst!" Moral of the story this place is NOT for minorities apparently, that’s what I got out of this (we was the only ones at the time in there). I seen him speak and treat other patrons respectively and nicely but yet me and my friends rude and just rushing us out of the place. I never had a waiter tell me such things before, I thought the choice of how I want my meat cooked was up to me, not only giving his 2 options. He aggressively explained to me that I could not get my lamb chops “medium plus” the only options I had was medium or well done. The service was so unpleasant I wanted to immediately hurry up and finish my food so I can exit the building. My server was a man and he treated me and my friends terribly. Prior to coming I was so excited and enthusiastic about trying out this restaurant. ![]()
